  • Valid Google Gemini API key(s) for AI functionality
  • Internet connection for API communications

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 API Key Management

  • Obtain Valid Keys: You must obtain and maintain valid Google Gemini API keys
  • Key Security: Keep your API keys secure and don’t share them with unauthorized parties
  • Usage Limits: Respect Google’s API usage limits and rate restrictions
  • Billing Responsibility: You are responsible for any charges incurred through API usage

3.2 Content Responsibility

  • Legal Content: Only upload content you own or have permission to use

6. Third-Party Services

6.1 Google Gemini API

  • External Service: We integrate with Google’s Gemini API for AI functionality
  • Separate Terms: Your use of Google’s API is subject to Google’s terms of service
  • Data Processing: Your content is sent to Google for AI analysis
  • No Control: We don’t control Google’s service availability or performance
